One of the leading biomedical and public health research agencies in the United States turned to Ignyte to help relieve their reliance on time-intensive, manual Human Resources processes that were causing high company turnover and a poor internal reputation for HR.

Our Action

To address the client’s pain points, Ignyte worked with HR leadership to identify three HR processes where RPA could be used to reduce errors and employee workload, including employee off-boarding and performance bonus validation and approval. Ignyte’s automated solution was developed and delivered in three phases.
