Ignyte's client is a major regional public transit agency supporting ridership in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. The transit agency supporting a weekday ridership of 626,000 people is responsible for maintaining the safety of its workforce of over 14,000 employees.
The client needed the ability to contact its entire workforce that is geographically dispersed across the region in the event of an emergency, and called on Ignyte to spearhead an effort to establish an emergency mass notification system capable of reaching employees on multiple business and personal computers and mobile devices. Ignyte worked with Everbridge, a leading global SaaS platform for emergency event management.
