The Client

Ignyte's client operates and manages transit services for one of the largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. Its Human Resources group is responsible for managing the performance of 10,000+ union-represented employees.


The Challenge

The previously established program was paper-based, manual and labor intensive. It was crucial to develop a program where leaders could make performance and compensation decisions based on real-time performance data.
